As an Application Support Analyst, you will act as the technical backbone for our operations. You will manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot complex system issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and maintain the stability of core business systems, including ordering and fulfillment platforms.
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving application-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT development team to troubleshoot bugs and improve system performance.
  • Document technical procedures, incident reports, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure security and compliance.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks for new software releases.
  • Respond to user queries via ticketing systems with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Application Support, IT Helpdesk, or BPO operations.
  • Strong understanding of software life cycles and technical support methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment during dayshift hours.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying is an advantage.
