Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications running on AWS infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Python scripting and DevOps tools
- Collaborate with development teams to implement application improvements and patches
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required
- Continuously improve system performance and reliability through optimization efforts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or system administration
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
