Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level application support for currency management systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with .NET-based applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and feature enhancements
- Document support procedures, solutions, and system configurations
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or similar role
- Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with financial systems or currency management preferred
