Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Manage and maintain database integrity across various platforms and applications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding system functionalities.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of bugs and implement necessary fixes.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support and database management roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and adapting to agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of system performance tuning and database optimization techniques.
