You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, providing top-tier technical servicing, and maintaining the stability of hosted services. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-level issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
- Document technical procedures, bug reports, and knowledge base articles to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement patches and fixes for recurring issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls securely.
- Communicate technical updates and service status to clients in a clear, non-technical manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic Linux commands.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Relevant ITIL certifications are a plus.
