Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain critical business applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and software defects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to document bug reports and track resolutions through the software development lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Manage system deployments, patches, and version upgrades in coordination with stakeholder requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and internal stakeholders regarding application functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in application support, system administration, or software maintenance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in log analysis and debugging tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with ITIL processes and incident management ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules to support global client requirements.
