We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at PERSOL. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial systems. You will be responsible for providing top-tier support for SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting. Your expertise will ensure smooth month-end closing processes and seamless system configurations.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments and possesses strong ABAP debugging skills. You will work closely with business users to identify issues, implement necessary changes, and optimize financial workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP FICO modules, specifically focusing on GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting.
- Perform system configuration changes and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure business continuity.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize ABAP debugging tools to investigate and resolve complex system errors and performance issues.
- Document technical procedures, configuration changes, and incident reports for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO application support or consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
- Experience working within both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
