Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for front and middle office trading systems
- Diagnose and resolve application incidents with minimal business impact
- Collaborate with development teams on system enhancements and bug fixes
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Coordinate application deployments, upgrades, and patch management
- Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in financial services
- Strong proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and SQL databases
- Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
- Knowledge of financial market applications (trading platforms, risk systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, CompTIA) preferred
