In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Node.js applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
As an Application Support Engineer specializing in Node.js, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement effective solutions. This is a 100% on-site position located in Manila, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with our clients and contribute to their success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Node.js applications
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Node.js application development and support
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for Node.js applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
