Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Oracle enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging of issues related to Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework), Oracle Forms, and custom PL/SQL procedures.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend/implement solutions for optimization and improved user experience.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement preventative measures to enhance system stability.
- Collaborate with development teams and database administrators to escalate complex issues, apply patches, and deploy system enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new features, bug fixes, and system upgrades before deployment to production environments.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to end-users and stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution progress.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Application Support Engineer or a similar technical support role, specifically with Oracle applications.
- Strong proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Oracle ADF and Oracle Forms applications.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for querying databases, writing scripts, and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database concepts and basic database administration tasks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
