We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of our critical business infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for key enterprise applications, including the Management Approval System (MAS) and the Board Paper Library (BoardLib). These systems are mission-critical, serving our VIP business users who require seamless, 24/7 availability and top-tier technical support.
As a Senior Engineer, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business processes remain uninterrupted. Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing complex issues, implementing preventative measures, and driving continuous improvements to our application support lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the MAS and BoardLib applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime for VIP users.
- Collaborate with software development teams to diagnose root causes and implement effective fixes.
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and bug reports to improve internal processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated tickets and complex user inquiries.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on application features and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Support or System Administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Management Approval Systems (MAS) or similar document management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical VIP business users.
- Experience with SQL and basic scripting is a plus.
