Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues in SQL and Azure environments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex customer escalations
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure deployments on Azure
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve system vulnerabilities
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Optimize database queries and improve system efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in application support or cloud engineering
- Expert proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) and database management
- Azure certification or hands-on experience with Azure services
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or SQL Server Profiler
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
