In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity, focusing on seamless OSS (Operations Support Systems) integration across our diverse infrastructure.
You will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance in high-stakes environments. We are looking for someone who thrives in a Unix/Linux-centric landscape and utilizes advanced log management tools like Splunk to drive efficiency and proactive incident resolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and support OSS integration across enterprise-wide applications and platforms.
- Perform daily health checks on Unix/Linux server environments to ensure maximum uptime.
- Utilize Splunk to conduct deep-dive log analysis, identify performance bottlenecks, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy, test, and troubleshoot application updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
- Manage incident lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and post-mortem reporting.
- Automate routine maintenance tasks using shell scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Application Support or System Administration role.
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environment management and command-line interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring, indexing, and visualization.
- Experience with OSS (Operations Support Systems) integration and telecommunications protocols is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to support part-time operational requirements.
