Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in Windows Server environments
- Manage and configure IIS web servers for optimal performance
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and deployment
- Monitor SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and maintenance
- Provide tier-3 technical support for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with development teams on application deployments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server and IIS administration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Strong SQL Server database management skills
- Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Certifications (MCSE, MCSA) preferred
