Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications and modules.
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Document all incident details, resolutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with second-level support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform routine system health checks and validate data integrity within the Oracle environment.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain technical concepts and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, incident management, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
