Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for Celigo and NetSuite applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and system enhancements
- Document support processes, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train users on system functionalities and best practices
- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, preferably with NetSuite
- Hands-on experience with Celigo integrations and customizations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
