Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize MIS application performance across the organization
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for application-related issues via tickets, email, and remote sessions
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot bugs, implement patches, and deploy system updates
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct user training sessions to maximize adoption of new features and system functionalities
- Perform proactive system health checks and capacity planning to prevent outages
- Manage user access controls and security protocols for MIS applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in application support, IT operations, or MIS environments
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/Oracle) and network infrastructure concepts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Azure) is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend/on-call support
