Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Applications Engineers to deliver world-class technical support and tool optimization.
- Drive the successful deployment and integration of KLA metrology and inspection systems at customer sites within the region.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Marketing teams to influence the next generation of products based on customer feedback and field performance.
- Define and execute technical project plans to meet customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive yield improvements.
- Oversee customer demos and evaluations, ensuring technical alignment and professional delivery of results.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize engineering efforts to meet both customer requirements and internal business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the applications engineering organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās, Masterās, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in applications or process engineering.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams or leading significant projects in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes, metrology, or inspection technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
