Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor application performance and system health using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Nagios.
- Investigate and resolve alerts and incidents in a timely manner to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and prioritize ticket queues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident response runbooks.
- Participate in on-call rotations and out-of-hours support as required.
- Analyze system logs and metrics to identify trends and potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or application support.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
