Tanggung Jawab
- Sell Oracle's business applications and cloud solutions to enterprise clients across the Philippines
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and ROI analysis to address client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Forecast pipeline and provide regular performance reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise software sales with proven quota achievement
- Expert knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) or competing solutions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle CRM) and sales methodologies
- Fluency in English and local languages; ability to work across time zones
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
