Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-line application support to internal stakeholders and global clients.
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability of critical business systems.
- Investigate, document, and resolve technical incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with developers and IT engineers to implement patches, hotfixes, and system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Analyze support trends to identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term systemic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and data integrity standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Application Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration role.
- Strong understanding of SQL and the ability to query databases for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and business workflows rapidly.
- Experience with Windows Server or Linux/Unix environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment across different time zones.
