Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems in various industrial and commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) procedures as per manufacturer specifications
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide effective solutions
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all service activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all service operations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and improve service processes
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper system operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC systems, preferably with chiller maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control mechanisms
- Certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems is highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various service locations
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments efficiently
