Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across the facility.
- Monitor and regulate temperatures for specialized cold storage and snow-making infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions in climate control units promptly.
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the facility maintenance team to ensure all safety standards are strictly met.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report performance metrics to the Engineering Manager.
- Respond to emergency breakdown calls during operational hours to ensure continuous customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Proven experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in varied temperature environments.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills in a team-based environment.
