Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, lighting systems, and power distribution issues.
- Monitor and service mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct building inspections to identify and address civil or structural repair needs promptly.
- Coordinate with facility management to manage daily operations and urgent repair tickets.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven work experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in using power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency on-call duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
