Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to call center standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be currently located in Iloilo City and willing to work onsite.
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to undergo training and background checks.
