- Proactively contact qualified prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified appointments
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions aligned with client requirements
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless appointment handovers and follow-up protocols
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment setting KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance pitch effectiveness
- Identify upsell opportunities and provide valuable feedback to improve client engagement strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong persuasive abilities with proven track record in client engagement
