SEOUL SNOW is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our expanding team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our future clients, playing a critical part in our sales funnel by identifying high-potential leads and securing qualified appointments.

We are looking for a professional who is comfortable navigating high-volume outbound communications and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you possess a persuasive personality, excellent time management skills, and a strong drive to hit targets, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social channels to introduce our services.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales department.
  • Manage a consistent daily outbound call volume while maintaining high service standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest to nurture the relationship and move them down the funnel.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for booked appointments.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and manage rejection with resilience.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Google Suite, and general office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy calendar.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
