SEOUL SNOW is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our expanding team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our future clients, playing a critical part in our sales funnel by identifying high-potential leads and securing qualified appointments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social channels to introduce our services.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales department.
- Manage a consistent daily outbound call volume while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the senior sales team.
- Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest to nurture the relationship and move them down the funnel.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for booked appointments.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle objections and manage rejection with resilience.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Google Suite, and general office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy calendar.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
