- Contact potential clients to introduce services and schedule appointments.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM software.
- Coordinate calendars between clients and the sales team to ensure timely meetings.
- Update CRM with accurate call notes, contact details, and appointment statuses.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions.
- Meet or exceed weekly appointment setting targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent ResolutionX professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional demeanor and active listening skills.
- Based in or willing to work in Zamboanga City.
