As an Appointment Setter at ResolutionX, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making a lasting impression and setting the stage for successful business relationships. Your role is integral to our sales pipeline, ensuring our sales team spends their time effectively by scheduling qualified appointments.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce ResolutionX services and schedule appointments.
  • Utilize effective communication to articulate the value proposition and secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking lead interactions and appointment status.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments set, and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve appointment quality.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude.
  • Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • High school diploma required; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Tacloban City, Leyte.
