- Reach out to potential leads via phone and email to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings with sales representatives to ensure a steady pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Communicate the value proposition of ResolutionX clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, emails sent, and appointments scheduled.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding common prospect questions and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to undergo training.
- Must be based in Cotabato, Soccsksargen.
