Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking tone.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
