- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to targeted prospect lists.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule sales appointments.
- Leverage ReX™ AI tools to automate lead management and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions within our CRM platform.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
- Deliver a seamless, professional experience that reflects the ResolutionX brand.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant, or Sales Development Representative.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and VoIP systems.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets without direct supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Adaptability to work with cutting-edge AI tools and continuously learn new technologies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a dynamic schedule.
- Experience working with North American or Australian clients is highly preferred.
