As an Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline by initiating contact with prospective leads and scheduling high-value meetings. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to understand client needs, present our value proposition, and drive conversions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments with decision-makers, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with ReX™ and the wider sales team to ensure consistent messaging and follow-ups.
  • Objection Handling: Professionally address client concerns and inquiries to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly feedback on call metrics, lead status, and market trends.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
