Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to introduce services and schedule appointments
- Qualify prospects using established criteria to ensure high-value meeting opportunities
- Collaborate with ReX™ AI tools to optimize calling strategies and maximize conversion rates
- Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions and appointment outcomes
- Coordinate calendars between prospects and internal sales teams for seamless scheduling
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address pre-meeting requirements
- Generate regular performance reports on appointment metrics and lead quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating with AI-driven systems and technology
