- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and customers through various communication channels
- Work alongside ReX™, our cutting-edge AI employee, to optimize appointment setting processes
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate appointment information
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services
- Meet or exceed appointment setting targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective appointment strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
