- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and company value proposition.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to qualify leads and understand their specific needs.
- Effectively present solutions and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the AI employee (ReX™) to optimize call scripts and improve outreach strategies.
- Follow up on warm leads and pending inquiries to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
