  • Collaborate with the AI employee (ReX™) to optimize call scripts and improve outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on warm leads and pending inquiries to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English with a professional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
