Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact outbound and inbound leads to qualify interest and fit.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Maintain and update lead statuses meticulously within our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs regarding connection rates and scheduled appointments.
- Provide prompt and professional follow-up on prospective client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service (sales-oriented).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
- High level of resilience, persistence, and a professional demeanor over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
