Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers in the U.S. market.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs effectively to drive interest in our car care solutions.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all customer interactions in our CRM.
- Build rapport with potential clients by providing excellent service and professional communication.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets and conversion KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately answer customer inquiries and overcome objections.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, specifically with a neutral accent.
- Proven ability to work independently in a 100% remote work-from-home setup.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace.
- High level of resilience, persistence, and a proactive attitude toward sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment while maintaining professionalism.
