Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our service offerings.
- Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team using our CRM tools.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Provide detailed feedback on market trends and lead responsiveness to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for outreach and booked meetings.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly to ensure lead conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, or in a similar Inside Sales role.
- Excellent command of the English language with professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
- Ability to work within North American business hours as required.
