Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal is to book qualified appointments for our sales team. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicating the value of our services and ensuring that leads are nurtured and scheduled for further discussion. This role requires a resilient, professional, and friendly demeanor even in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential leads to introduce services and book appointments.
  • Handling inbound inquiries and qualifying leads through effective questioning and listening.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments accurately to maximize sales team productivity.
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions and appointment outcomes in CRM software.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up procedures.
  • Achieving daily and weekly appointment-setting targets to contribute to revenue goals.
