VA Masters is a premier provider of virtual assistant services, dedicated to connecting businesses with top-tier remote talent. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter VA to support our clients in the Call Centre & Customer Service sector. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for organization, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely with a competitive hourly rate of $4 – $5.
Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal is to book qualified appointments for our sales team. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicating the value of our services and ensuring that leads are nurtured and scheduled for further discussion. This role requires a resilient, professional, and friendly demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential leads to introduce services and book appointments.
- Handling inbound inquiries and qualifying leads through effective questioning and listening.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments accurately to maximize sales team productivity.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions and appointment outcomes in CRM software.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up procedures.
- Achieving daily and weekly appointment-setting targets to contribute to revenue goals.
- Providing exceptional customer service to create a positive first impression of VA Masters.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and delivering feedback to management.

Kualifikasi

- Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and phone systems.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
