Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to introduce our services and value proposition.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the internal sales team using calendars or CRM software.
- Follow up on leads via email or phone to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they match our target audience criteria.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and redirect them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion skills and a natural ability to close conversations.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision.
