Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as an appointment setter, preferably with law firms or legal services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and services
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Proficiency in CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
