Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control systems for APU components and assemblies
- Conduct product inspections, testing, and validation to meet ISO standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality deviations
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Manage supplier quality audits and certifications
- Prepare quality reports for management and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
- Experience with APU or aerospace component quality systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab)
