Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Resolve billing discrepancies and reconcile accounts
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Travel as required to support administrative functions in the Lombok area
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in the Lombok area and travel as required
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
