Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the daily Accounts Receivable (AR) administration processes at the Jambi Depo.
  • Perform accurate reconciliation of daily sales and financial data to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.
  • Monitor customer account aging and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management review, highlighting key collection metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the distribution and sales teams to streamline invoicing and payment verification processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AR administration or financial data management.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ERP software or accounting systems is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under target-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with internal and external parties.
