In this role, you will be the backbone of our Accounts Receivable department, ensuring accurate financial data entry, seamless coordination with trade partners, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity in our financial reporting. You will play a critical role in supporting the Modern Trade sales cycle by ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for Modern Trade accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Perform daily reconciliation of customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Distribution team to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly AR aging reports for management review.
- Monitor customer credit limits and provide alerts on potential overdue accounts.
- Maintain systematic and organized documentation of all financial transactions and supporting evidence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as an AR Administrator or in a similar financial capacity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and the Modern Trade business landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
