Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive Arabic language lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Teach Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills to secondary school students
- Integrate Islamic etiquette (adab) principles into daily instruction
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Develop engaging teaching materials and activities to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with department colleagues to refine teaching methodologies
- Participate in school events and parent-teacher conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or license (preferred)
- Proven experience teaching Arabic to secondary school students
- Native or fluent command of Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Islamic culture, traditions, and adab principles
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities for diverse learning styles
