This critical role sits at the intersection of operations and law. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into logistics incidents, including lost cargo, damaged shipments, and delivery irregularities. Your analytical mind will be tasked with reviewing CCTV footage, establishing chain of custody, and analyzing all forms of evidence to pinpoint liability and ensure strict adherence to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will act as an impartial arbiter, providing clear, concise, and objective reports to management and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in recommending and implementing process improvements to mitigate future risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into logistics incidents such as lost parcels, damages, and delivery discrepancies.
- Analyze video footage, GPS data, proof of delivery (POD) records, and other evidence to reconstruct events and determine liability.
- Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports highlighting root causes, responsible parties, and recommended actions.
- Ensure all processes and decisions comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends and recurring issues to recommend strategic improvements in logistics and handling procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments (Operations, Customer Service, Hub Managers) to gather statements and supporting documents.
- Represent the company in internal arbitration hearings and dispute resolution meetings.
- Maintain a secure and organized database of investigation files and evidence for compliance and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Criminology, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in investigations, logistics, quality assurance, or a paralegal role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
