Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end legal operations including contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate law, industry regulations, and licensing requirements
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate legal exposures
- Provide strategic legal support for business expansion projects and operational initiatives
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Lead compliance audits and develop internal legal policies/procedures
- Advise on intellectual property protection and trademark enforcement
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree with minimum 5 years experience in legal management
- Strong expertise in Indonesian commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in FMCG or dairy industry legal operations
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to resolve complex legal disputes
- Membership in Peradi (Indonesian Bar Association)
- Advanced proficiency in legal research and documentation tools
- Strategic thinker with ability to align legal initiatives with business goals
