Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence under the supervision of senior legal counsel.
- Conduct thorough legal research using databases and libraries to support ongoing case preparation.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital case files, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
- Communicate professionally with clients, court officials, and external vendors to facilitate smooth case workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of filings and ensure all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings and court appearances.
- Assist with basic due diligence and administrative tasks to streamline office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or professional consultancy environment is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
